Module 5: Summary and Overview

This week we explored the end of a marriage by looking at the divorce process. We turn out attention next week towards some of the key discovery issues that arise in disputed divorces, in particular in divorce actions where there are significant assets and income are involved. Discovery and Financial Statements will be our focus in the coming week.
