Case: Jeffrey Garanito v. Sabrina Williams Garanito Divorce
Subject: Separation Agreement
Our client, Jeffrey Garanito, is considering an out-of-court resolution of the divorce action, and may at some point reconcile with his wife. He would like a separation agreement that he can discuss with his wife and their marriage counselor/mediator.
Please draft a separation agreement that provides the following:
- that the premarital agreement will not be enforced;
- the husband will receive alimony;
- custody will be joint/shared as equally as possible;
- child support will be based on the guidelines amount; and
- all other provisions of the agreement are fair and reasonable under the parties’ circumstances.
